These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the EPOCH website and the purchase of EPOCH timepieces. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or place an order.

EPOCH provides information about its collection of precision timepieces, the ability to configure and purchase those timepieces, and supporting services such as warranty registration and client support.

You must be able to legally enter into a binding contract to purchase from EPOCH. By placing an order you represent that you meet the legal requirements in your jurisdiction to do so.

We strive to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. Product photographs are intended to represent the timepiece; minor differences in finish, color, or display rendering may occur. Each EPOCH timepiece is individually assembled and numbered, so subtle variation in finishing is characteristic of a hand-finished mechanical product.

Product availability can change. If a timepiece or configuration becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund. We may correct errors in pricing or product information; where an order has already been confirmed and accepted, we will not arbitrarily alter the agreed transaction except where an evident pricing error or fraud requires cancellation (see Orders below).

Prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Applicable taxes are estimated at checkout and may vary based on your shipping destination and local tax laws.

If a pricing error occurs, we may decline or cancel an order and notify you. We will not charge you for a cancelled order, and any authorized amount will be released or refunded.

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order is accepted only when EPOCH sends an order confirmation and processes payment. Until acceptance, we may decline an order in whole or in part.

We may need to cancel an accepted order in limited circumstances, including out-of-stock situations, evident pricing errors, or fraud or security review. In such cases we will notify you and refund any amount already charged.

Payment is processed through our payment provider ([OWNER: payment processor name, e.g. Stripe]). EPOCH does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or payment authentication secrets. Payment authorization, failed-payment handling, and refund processing are managed through the provider.

We verify payment status through the provider before confirming an order. We do not claim PCI compliance unless formally established by the payment provider's certification.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Shipping times may vary, customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, delivery delays can occur, and customs or import obligations may apply depending on destination.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

EPOCH timepieces are covered by our Warranty of 5 years.

The EPOCH name, logo, product photography, product descriptions, website design, graphics, and original content are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to us (for example, a support message). By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to respond to your inquiry and provide support.

You agree not to:

• Abuse the website or attempt unauthorized access to any part of it;
• Scrape or harvest private or proprietary information;
• Attack or interfere with the infrastructure or security of the website;
• Circumvent security, manipulate prices, or exploit the checkout;
• Submit fraudulent orders; or
• Interfere with other customers' use of the website.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials. EPOCH will never ask you to provide your password by email. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EPOCH's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the timepiece giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Future updates apply prospectively. Existing contractual obligations from completed orders are not retroactively changed. Where a material change affects existing customers, we may provide notice through the website or by email.
